Senad Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant at Pegasus School in East Midlands to support students with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. You will collaborate with educators and therapists to help students build communication and independence skills.

This role requires working with a tailored curriculum aimed at preparing students for adulthood. Applicants should hold or be willing to attain a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, with experience in special education needs (SEN) being preferable. Comprehensive training will be provided.
