School Administrator TERM TIME ONLY
Salary: 12.24ph
Hours: Part time, Term time only, 3 days per week (Monday must be included )
There maybe the opportunity to extend the role to five days per week (term time only) for an experienced applicant
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8-4pm.
Plus 5 additional days required to work during school holiday periods
Bladon House School is a residential school for up to 60 young people aged from 5-19 with Special Educational Needs including autism, attachment needs, PWS, moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, therapeutic needs and associated challenging behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our thriving school, providing administrative support to the Headteacher and SLMT. You will screen telephone calls, manage the diary appointments along with internal and external mail and welcome all visitors to site ensuring safeguarding obligations are adhered to.
To be successful, you will ideally hold a relevant Business Administration qualification, be fully conversant with Microsoft Office and have:
– Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills;
– The ability to work under challenging circumstances; and
– A minimum of 1 years previous business admin experience
Previous experience within a similar setting is also desirable.
