As a Support Worker you will support the young people to find a way of life that suits them as individuals, enabling them to access the community, get the most from their school day and achieve their personal goals.
You will ensure safeguarding is a priority at all times, support with personal care and have the young people's best interests at the heart of everything you do.
We are seeking trustworthy, interactive and fun Support Workers.
While full training is provided, previous relevant experience will be beneficial.

Shift hours: 7:15am -21:45pm working a two week rota pattern of:
Week 1: Monday,Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2: Wednesday,Thursday,Friday
50.75 hours per week
