Hours: 50.75 hours per week - Shift hours: 7:15am - 21:45pm working a rota pattern of 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off. Every other weekend off.

Edgewood School in Lingswood Park, Northampton is a vibrant, ambitious and caring independent day and residential school for young people aged 7 up to 16 years old with a range of complexity and needs, including Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language/communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviours.

The Role

As a Support Worker you will support the young people to find a way of life that suits them as individuals, enabling them to access the community, get the most from their school day and achieve their personal goals. You will ensure safeguarding is a priority at all times, support with personal care and have the young people’s best interests at the heart of everything you do.

We are seeking trustworthy, interactive and fun Support Workers. While full training is provided, previous relevant experience will be beneficial. Applicants must have a natural respect for the individuality and dignity of those in our care.
