The SENAD Group provide specialist education, care and community support for the most complex, vulnerable and hard to place young people and adults. Our services work with people with autism, mild to severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour. We operate schools, care homes and community support packages across the East and West Midlands, Northampton and North Wales.
In this varied, team-based role you will help increase business leads and sales generation across the Group by creating bespoke marketing campaigns, engaging social media content, website updates and promoting the achievements of each service. You will use analytics to assess effectiveness and drive new marketing activity following a delegated budget. You will ensure a sound end to end customer experience and help celebrate the great work we do at national and internal events.
To be successful, you will be well educated, have at least 2 years previous experience in a marketing or design role where you have developed and delivered successful marketing campaigns. Ideally you will hold a relevant marketing qualification and be a CIM member. You will understand marketing in a person‑centred business and have excellent copywriting, editing and proof‑reading skills. You will have sound IT skills and be able to plan and generate creative content for a variety of audiences across social media platforms and a website.
