About the SENAD Group

The SENAD Group provides specialist education, care and community support for the most complex, vulnerable and hard‑to‑place young people and adults. Our services work with people with autism, mild to severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour. We operate schools, care homes and community support packages across the East and West Midlands, Northampton and North Wales.

Role Summary

We are seeking a confident and outgoing Sales & Partnerships Officer responsible for spearheading partnership growth while leading the effective generation, coordination, and management of all parent/carer referrals. This commercially focused role contributes to the achievement of placement targets by strengthening awareness of SENAD services with decision makers in local authority education/social care departments, health boards, and families alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead partnership growth and manage parent/carer referrals.
  • Strengthen awareness of SENAD services with local authority education/social‑care departments, health boards, and families.
  • Contribute to placement targets through effective referral generation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrable track record in business development in a service industry sector.
  • Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with Local Authorities, Health Commissioners or within SEND/ adult care environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) process is a distinct advantage.
  • Proactive, results‑driven, and exceptional communication skills.
