MAPLE VIEW SCHOOL – NEW VACANCY DOMESTIC ASSISTANT
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 0600 – 1000, 52 weeks, 28 days holiday, pension, Employee Assistance Programme. Salary: £12.75 per hour.
Maple View School opened in June 2020 and is an aspirational specialist school in the SENAD Group portfolio for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, aged 6 to 16 years. The school offers fully individualised and inclusive education and residential care for up to 18 pupils. The school is located close to Derby City Centre and is easily accessible by public transport.
We are now looking to add to our all‑important domestic team. You will carry out a range of cleaning duties across the school and care home. The successful candidate should have high standards in relation to cleaning, along with some relevant experience. The role will require resilience, patience and understanding in order to support and work alongside children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You must also be committed to safeguarding and ensuring all aspects of children’s welfare are your priority.
