SENAD Community take a pro-active and innovative approach to supporting service users, maximising their potential by enabling them to engage in meaningful activities and opportunities. As Team Leader you will be based in the Derby office, and will be a shared resource to support the Operations Managers in the day to day safe running of the business including on call duties and community support. There will be a set rota pattern which will be discussed further at interview and will include alternate weekend cover.
The tasks that you will be responsible for are:
- Being the first point of call for the on-call phone system in the office
- Auditing outcomes and feeding back to staff and management
- EMAR audits
- 1:2:1 supervisions
- Spot checks
- Completing observations
- Ensuring appointments (health/blood tests etc) are communicated to the team and the rotating team and completed
- Working along with the ops, you may be asked to help out with gaps; however, this is not the purpose of the role and would not be expected to be frequent
You will be supported to complete your NVQ L3 if you haven't already completed the qualification. Due to the way our management team is structured, there is lots of potential for professional development and growth.

In order to be successful you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in:
- You will need to be flexible in this role as you may be required to support your staff team and service users outside of regular hours.
- You will need good communication and people skills.
- Time management and flexibility to prioritise workload.
- Candidates must be qualified to Health and Social Care Level 3 or willing to work towards the qualification.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to their own vehicle.
We are offering a welcome bonus of £1,000 to staff that hold Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and £1,500 to those with Level 3 qualification (subject to T&Cs).
