The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
Hours: Early: 7:30 – 3:30, Late: 3:00 – 10:00pm. The role involves working a 3 week rolling rota pattern including evening and weekend work, with two double shifts occurring every 3 weeks and a mixture of early and late shifts.

As well as attending our onsite school, the young people go on various trips out; we go swimming, we go to cafes; do arts and crafts, cookery, sports, gardening and much more. We are completely led by our residents – we do whatever activities they are interested in (and we can reasonably facilitate!).
Rowden House School in Herefordshire provides individualised care and education programmes for children and young people aged 11 to 19 years, with severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. We invest in our staff, offering a thorough induction programme, ongoing training. All employees are required to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and are subject to online checks.
