Business Support Officer
12 month fixed term contract, early December start
Full time – 37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, EAP, free parking, staff discount scheme.
The SENAD Group provide specialist education, care and community support for the most complex, vulnerable and hard to place young people and adults. Our services work with people with autism, mild to severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour. We operate schools, care homes and community support packages predominantly across the East and West Midlands area and North Wales.
In this varied, team‑based role, you will play a key part in supporting the central office business work streams; including administration support for areas such as Transport and Training & Development. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception and telephone answer service.
Responsibilities

- Provide courteous and efficient reception and telephone answer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and planning work and time effectively.
Qualifications
- Over 12 months previous experience in a busy office environment using a small switchboard / telephone system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate within the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to plan work and time effectively.
