Location: Winslow Court - West Midlands Learning Campus, Bromyard.

Remuneration & Hours: Salary: £13.87 – £14.85 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience). Full Time: 37.5 hours per week on a 2 on 4 off rota.

As a Care Team Leader you will supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring an outstanding level of care is provided at all times. You will model best practice and create a fun, engaging environment for the residents of Winslow Court. Requirements:

  • Experience as a social care professional
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Willing to work a rota pattern that includes evenings and weekends
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualified or willing to study

About Us: Winslow Court provides residential support for 13 young adults aged 18 years and over, who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs.
