Overview: Our global commercial teams play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experience, supporting strategic business growth, and maintaining strong partnerships with customers and distribution networks across multiple international markets. As our business continues to expand across the EMEA region, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our Sales Operations team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our EMEA commercial operations by acting as a key interface between customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing requests, customer issue resolution, design registration validation, sales reporting, commission reporting, order management, and distributor support activities. You will work closely with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and business processes are executed accurately. This position requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, excellent organizational capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer pricing activities by processing requests for special pricing opportunities, coordinating internal approvals, and working closely with Business Units to validate pricing structures for existing customer opportunities. (20%)
  • Act as the primary interface between direct customers, distributors, and internal departments including operations, engineering, finance, and quality to quickly qualify, prioritize, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. (20%)
  • Manage and validate design registrations, monitor renewal processes, and generate regular reporting to support sales leadership and provide visibility into commercial activity across assigned territories. (20%)
  • Review, validate, and distribute commission reports for European Representative partners, ensuring reporting accuracy and supporting ongoing sales compensation processes. (10%)
  • Maintain accurate customer records including shipping data, bookings, pricing information, design win activity, and territory-specific customer records while managing order processing activities for EMEA direct customers and distributors. (20%)
  • Manage RMA and sample requests while supporting distributor inventory management activities, including stock rotation reviews and coordination with channel partners. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, customer operations, or commercial support environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting customers within an international or fast-paced commercial environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience within customer service, sales operations, or sales support functions
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal departments and external customer groups
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working within a fast-moving global organisation supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting distributor management and channel sales operations is highly desirable
