The team takes full ownership of new product development, guiding each program from concept through to high-volume manufacturing and end-of-life, with a focus on quality, precision, and execution. Working across Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, and Operations, our engineers define testability requirements, drive comprehensive characterisation across PVT, ensure robust ATE-to-bench correlation, optimise yield and test cost, and enable seamless transfer into production. This role sits at the heart of new product development - engaged from product concept through end-of-life - collaborating closely with all internal cross-functional teams to drive program success.
