Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Web3 Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This is a remote and flexible contract role, ideal for professionals with deep industry connections and a passion for helping clients embrace the future of blockchain.
The Consultant will:
- Advise clients (Web3 startups & Web2 enterprises) on blockchain and Web3 strategies.
- Support the structuring, preparation, and implementation of complex projects across legal, tokenomics, technology, and operations.
- Leverage Semoto’s marketplace to match clients with best-fit service providers.
- Help drive adoption of Semoto’s RFQ platform by onboarding clients and guiding their vendor search.
- Represent Semoto at key industry events and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to client acquisition, management, and satisfaction.
- Generate new business.
Requirements
- Proven experience advising on Web3 or blockchain strategy.
- Strong industry knowledge of tokenization, DeFi, DAOs, or digital assets.
- A transferable book of clients and active portfolio of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive client engagements.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Willingness and ability to travel to key events and conferences globally.
- A background in legal, compliance, marketing, or technology within Web3 is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or finance.
Compensation
Flexible based on the candidate’s profile:
- Option 1: Base Salary + Commission on client deals.
- Option 2: Full Commission-based structure with higher earning potential.
