The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Knowsley Family First is a key resource delivering interventions to families with complex needs, supporting families to thrive in line with the Early Help and Prevention Strategy and the national Supporting Families programme. The core offer of the service includes:

  1. Coordination and delivery of multi-agency interventions based on whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning.
  2. Helping families achieve positive outcomes and reducing escalation to high-cost, statutory, crisis intervention services such as Children’s Social Care.

Families engaging with the service receive support directly from Family First Case Managers through a coordinated partnership approach. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent safeguarding experience.
  • Be able to complete Early Help Assessments.
  • Organise Team Around the Family meetings.
  • Develop SMART plans with families and review them.
  • Work within specified timescales.
  • Complete home visits and direct work with children and young people.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
