Job Description
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
The candidate will need to be an experienced social worker with a mental health background .
Core tasks and duties as follows:
Undertaking social care assessments and delivering timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge
Some mental capacity assessments, BI decisions and safeguarding as required
Understanding of Section 117, Attending 117 meetings, ward rounds, professional meetings
Participation in duty rota
The following is essential criteria:
β Degree in Social Work
β SWE Registration
β Right to work within the UK

You must have:
A professional qualification in social work
Social Work England registration.
Post qualified experience.
Enhanced DBS/Update service.
References required for the last 5 years of employment.
