Darlington Borough Council – Lifeline Response Officer
Location: Town Hall, DL1 5QT – Start date: 8 June 2026 (ongoing).
Pay: £17.82 per hour (paid weekly).
Shift patterns
- Monday to Sunday 07:30–15:45
- Monday to Sunday 15:30–21:30
- Monday to Sunday 21:15–07:45
- Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00
Shifts are prepared monthly with confirmation at least one month in advance.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicles, as the service uses a white fleet).
- Enhanced DBS.
- Availability across all listed shift patterns, including weekends.
Candidates should be flexible, reliable, and possess a manual driving licence.
