Denbighshire County Council is recruiting a Cook for a residential care home in Ruthin. You will run a busy kitchen, providing freshly prepared, nutritious meals for residents, with attention to dietary needs, and report to the Residential Care Home Manager.
You will ensure food safety, HACCP and documentation, supervise a kitchen assistant and assistant cook, and participate in planning, ordering, hygiene, meetings and training. Welsh Level 1 is desirable; DBS checks and references are required.
