The Telecare Service is a responsive team that visits customers in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering alarm activations across the city raised by customers or assistive technology devices
- Assisting customers with mobility, personal care, falls, and ambulance assistance
- Responding to assistive technology such as property exit sensors, smoke alarms, and pressure mats
Training will be provided during an induction to the company and service.
