You will coordinate all programme stages—from early modelling and consultation design through Equality Impact Assessment, Cabinet decision‑making, legal sign‑off, and implementation into the annual billing process. Workstreams include coordination with Policy in Practice, NEC, Digital/ICT, Legal, Democratic Services, and Finance, alongside a 12‑week public consultation and engagement with the GLA, elected Members, and community groups.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering policy, service‑change, or consultation‑heavy projects in a public‑sector context, with strong command of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at senior level. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work at pace in a politically sensitive environment.
