West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Assistant based in Ormskirk (L39 2DF) on a temporary basis, paying £13.63–£17.73 per hour, starting 22 June 2026. This role sits within the Contact Centre and Customer Service Points across Ormskirk and Skelmersdale, serving as the first point of contact for all service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
