As a Night Care Support Worker, you will deliver personal care and practical support to individuals across Calderdale during night hours, in accordance with their care plans. Your role is vital in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for service users, while ensuring compliance with national care standards and council policies.

You will work independently in the community, responding flexibly to changing needs, and must be available to work on a rolling rota (3 out of 7 nights, including weekends and Bank Holidays) between 21:30 and 05:00. A full UK Category B driving licence held for at least 2 years is essential.

This role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work safely and effectively under minimal supervision. An Enhanced DBS with Adult’s Barred List Check is required.
