Southern Housing is seeking an Administrator to support student accommodation operations at Writtle House, Colindale, London (NW9 5HA).
This is a temporary role paying £14.43-£18.70 per hour, starting 21 August 2026.
The role involves assisting with the September student intake across Platt House and Writtle House.
Key duties include preparing and delivering welcome packs to student bedrooms, distributing resident information, organising and compiling documentation packs, unpacking and distributing kitchen supplies to shared kitchens, and supporting the student check-in process during arrival weekend.
You will also assist with luggage handling, provide directions and information to new students and their families, and help organise the Residents' Welcome Party.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of customer service.
Experience in an administrative or resident-support environment is desirable.
