Royal Holloway, University of London is seeking an experienced Intranet Content Audit & Migration Lead for a short-term interim engagement based primarily remotely, with occasional visits to the Egham, Surrey campus (TW20 0EX). The rate is £144.55–£190.97 per day, starting 8 July 2026 for approximately 4–6 weeks. The post holder will deliver a rapid, structured clean‑up of the University’s student intranet, improving content accuracy, relevance, and user experience.

Working collaboratively with the Internal Communications team, IT Services, and content owners across the institution, the role involves:

  • Auditing existing pages to identify duplication, outdated material, and gaps;
  • Coordinating archiving, updating, or removal within agreed governance;
  • Applying all changes directly within the University’s CMS (Contensis).

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering a short‑term project plan;
  • Tracking progress;
