The day-to-day:

  • Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of running a 2-bed children’s home.
  • Lead and mentor a small staff team, modelling therapeutic, child-focused practice.
  • Keep standards high and Ofsted-ready while working a 37-hour rota, including sleep-ins.
  • Champion each child’s safety, voice, and potential.

You must have:

  • Current First-Aid, Fire-Safety & Team Teach (or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in residential or social-care settings, plus staff-supervision skills.
  • A calm, reflective approach and genuine passion for helping young people flourish.
