The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Corporate Complaints Officer to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis from 27 July 2026. Based at 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1RW, the role pays £24.62–£32.15 per hour via Prism.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for investigating complaints, responding to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and applying dispute resolution processes, while maintaining strong customer service standards and communicating clearly and professionally.
