Within our Family Safeguarding Teams, you will work alongside adult-focused practitioners in specialist areas such as substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health. Your role will involve informing assessments and plans, working with children and families facing challenges related to complex neglect, sexual harm, physical harm, risks outside the home including child exploitation, and parental learning difficulties. You will collaborate with parents and the wider family network, utilizing Family Group Conferencing to help identify strengths, address problems, and promote positive interactions and behaviors.
