Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Assistant for a residential setting in Walthamstow (E17) on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
This is a temporary role paying £16.14–£20.96 per hour via Prism, starting 1 September 2026.
The role is based at 45 Church Hill Road and involves supporting older people living with dementia in a residential care environment.
You will be expected to provide personal care, act as a keyworker, communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, write reports, and organise activities.
Applicants must have at least six months’ experience in residential care for older people living with dementia and must hold the right to work in the UK.
