Cardiff Council is seeking a Housing Options Support Officer to join the Housing Options Service, supporting clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will process bonds and rent in advance, and provide advice by phone, email, web chat and face-to-face.
You will liaise with private landlords, support assessment officers, maintain the waiting list and prepare statistical information. You will carry out general office duties, maintain accurate records, and work to KPIs.
