Bromley Council is seeking an Admin and Compliance Officer to join the Bromley Works Trailblazer programme within the Culture, Economy and Regeneration division, based at Churchill Court, Bromley (BR1 1AS). The role offers £15.93–£20.66 per hour, starting 20 July 2026.
This is a broad administrative and compliance position supporting an employment and skills programme. You will coordinate day‑to‑day operations, manage correspondence, and support programme delivery, while maintaining robust monitoring and quality assurance systems to ensure adherence to funding and governance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate performance data and maintain KPI dashboards.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare financial and compliance reports.
- Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries, liaising with funders, partners and council departments including Finance, Procurement and IT.
- Support participant onboarding and coordinate with Employment Advisors on the Trailblazer programme.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration and compliance, ideally within employability or government‑funded programmes.
- Track record of budget monitoring and performance reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- A Level 2 qualification in business administration or a related field (required). An NVQ or ILM in Business Administration is desirable.
