Bolton Council is seeking a meticulous Intelligence Data Administrator to join their Regulatory Services team, based at Mayor Street Depot, Bolton (BL3 5DT). This is a part time temporary role running from 17 August 2026 to 30 January 2027.
The post holder will be responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining intelligence data within the IDB (Intelligence Database) System, whilst performing essential administrative duties to support operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, a sound understanding of intelligence handling procedures, and the ability to provide accurate, timely information to colleagues across Regulatory Services.
Working hours are 16 hours per week: Mondays plus any three days from Tuesday to Friday, four hours per day.
Rate: £13.74 per hour PAYE / £17.60 per hour umbrella.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this post.
