This temporary role paying Β£27.00βΒ£34.82 per hour via Prism, starting 28 September 2026.
You will act as the main point of contact for parents, carers, and young people engaging in the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment process, co-ordinating statutory assessments and reviews for children and young people aged 0β25.
