Overview
Blackpool Council is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join its Neighbourhood Health and Social Care Team, based at Talbot Gateway, Blackpool (FY1 3AH). This is a community‑based role embedded within multidisciplinary teams located in health centres across Blackpool.
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with health colleagues, you will carry out strength‑led health, care and support assessments, helping people and their carers remain well in the community.
Qualifications
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Relevant qualifications as specified in the job description.
- Ability to provide 3 years of references.
Term and Compensation
Temporary assignment running from 3August2026 to 24August2026, paying £30.66 per hour.
