Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young adults? We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality supported accommodation for 18-year-olds transitioning to independent living. We are based at the Beehive in North Manchester.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young adults feel respected and valued.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance and emotional support.
  • Support young people in developing life skills such as maintaining a home, understanding rights, budgeting, and managing appointments.
  • Act as a key worker, ensuring care plans are up to date and tailored to individual needs.
  • Promote independence and community engagement, encouraging participation in education, employment, and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and team meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with external professionals and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
  • Be adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment, responding calmly to challenging situations.

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
