We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality supported accommodation for 18-year-olds transitioning to independent living. We are based at the Beehive in North Manchester.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young adults feel respected and valued.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance and emotional support.
- Support young people in developing life skills such as maintaining a home, understanding rights, budgeting, and managing appointments.
- Act as a key worker, ensuring care plans are up to date and tailored to individual needs.
- Promote independence and community engagement, encouraging participation in education, employment, and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and team meetings.
- Work collaboratively with external professionals and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Be adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment, responding calmly to challenging situations.
