PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a Scheduler / Planner to join the Onshore team on a 12 Month basis. This role involves creating, issuing and maintaining the Integrated Operations Plan for the assets within NNS.
Details/duties:
- Be the contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and relevant Team Leads ensuring a timely, efficient and quality service.
- Assist Operations with their need for equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
- Provide maintenance advice to Operations, Projects and Team Leads.
- Maintain accurate backlog status, reporting completions promptly.
- Prepare work packages for planned maintenance activities.
- Improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of parts/materials and workforce.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Experience in a similar position within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Educated to at least HND level in Engineering/Maths.
- Experienced in using Primavera 6.
- Experience in preparing work packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
