Semco Maritime is seeking an experienced HSE Senior Team Lead MCE to support offshore HSEQ activities across the renewable energy sector.

You will lead HSE professionals, influence safe project execution from pre-project through offshore delivery, and partner with the Director of MCE and project teams to ensure strong governance and knowledge sharing.

You will drive RAMS, HSE plans, emergency response plans and investigations, while mentoring offshore teams.
