Build a high‑performing, internationally oriented HSEQ organisation with strong offshore wind expertise. Ensure structured communication, coaching, and competence development across the HSEQ team. Foster collaboration and alignment between Service HSEQ and Group HSEQ.
- Best Practice, Systems & Continuous Improvement: Identify, define, and deploy industry best practice and Semco standards across all Service business lines. Strengthen management systems, processes, and tools to support predictable, safe, and efficient service delivery. Ensure readiness for audits, certifications, and client HSEQ requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance, quality outcomes, and environmental stewardship.
