Semcac is hiring a full-time Case Manager. Monday – Thursday, 32 hours per week.

Location: Preston, MN

Minimum Experience: Two-year College or equivalent college degree in the Human Service field preferred, and two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities: Primary duties include eligibility determination and application assistance for Semcac programs, community outreach & education, and collaboration with other agencies and resources. Related human service experience preferred.

Compensation: $21.08 – $23.45. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers competitive wages and Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan.
