Are you looking to impact and be part of something special, such as shaping the future of healthcare? Are you ready to take ownership of complex, cross-functional delivery, from French market coordination to supporting UK Enterprise initiatives and stepping in as a Delivery Manager where it's needed most, in a fast-growing HealthTech scale-up? At Semble, we are on a mission to enable health professionals to amplify their impact. We improve the way healthcare is delivered to millions of people by providing doctors and their teams with powerful, innovative, intuitive, and secure software. Our cloud-based clinical system is already used by thousands of clinicians, making their lives easier and saving them money, while structuring their health data to help research.

We are a passionate and driven team, lucky to unite under strong cultural drivers:

  • Impact - We do work that matters.
  • Collaboration – We are in it together.
  • Human touch – We care deeply.

This role can be fully remote in France or the UK, with regular travel to our Paris and London offices. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside France or the UK at this stage.

The role

This is a unique Delivery Manager role with a dual focus. You will act as the primary Delivery Manager for our French market and UK Enterprise coordination teams, ensuring work is progressed, communicated and delivered effectively across both French and English-speaking stakeholders respectively, as well as the wider Semble organisation. This includes strong programme/project coordination with responsibility for managing plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Alongside this, you will provide support as a Delivery Manager for one or more of our Product Delivery teams when needed.

You speak French fluently with strong professional English proficiency, and you are equally comfortable bridging language and cultural gaps as you are facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. Our ideal candidate will have experience of coaching and facilitating a continuous improvement process resulting in a better overall delivery of value to clients. You will be working closely with both the Product, Tech, and Implementation teams, utilising Agile and project management methodologies as appropriate.

Being successful in this role means:

  • Helping shape the operational delivery model of work; ensuring that the right processes are in place to support delivery.
  • Stepping in where delivery support is needed and knowing how to quickly add value.
  • Coaching teams to be the best they can be.
  • Thinking outside of the box.
  • Being flexible and adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Having a can-do attitude even under pressure.

  • Supporting the coordination of cross-team dependencies involving the French market, proactively managing risks, timelines and handoffs, and ensuring nothing falls through the gaps.
  • Facilitating meetings and ceremonies in French and English, and providing clear communication to English-speaking stakeholders.

  • Acting as a Delivery Manager for UK Enterprise-level initiatives, providing structure and rigour where it is needed most.
  • Coordinating cross-functional delivery involving Enterprise stakeholders, ensuring plans are in place, dependencies are tracked and risks are managed.
  • Supporting Enterprise teams in maintaining momentum on key initiatives, proactively surfacing blockers and driving resolution.
  • Providing clear and consistent reporting on progress, timelines and delivery health to senior stakeholders.
  • Bridging between commercial, product and technical teams to ensure Enterprise delivery is joined up and on track.

Programme & Project Management

  • Tracking the progress of projects and working with Product Managers to adjust as needed to keep the delivery on track.
  • Applying strong programme/project management disciplines where needed, including planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, dependency management and delivery reporting.
  • Providing consistent reporting on project progress.
  • Collating and tracking metrics to help with effective forecasting so that delivery estimations are as accurate as possible.

  • Facilitating ceremonies, workshops and discussions; mentoring and encouraging teams and individuals in self-organisation, cross-functionality and collaboration to solve problems and drive higher productivity.
