Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Risk Management and Governance including the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across Gas Line of Business.
- Reporting Risk Outcomes (risk assessment, controls adequacy, risk indicators & action plans) to Leadership / Governance Forums.
- Oversee Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities.
- Review and assess insurance requirements for projects and drive cost effective insurance placements.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of risk management including advising stakeholders on key risks and mitigation strategy associated with projects, investments, and commercial arrangements.
- Guiding management on risk remediation related to address control deficiencies and/or process gaps.
- Promoting a risk mindset across the organisation.
- Building Trust and Collaborating positively with stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
