Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Change Management Initiatives & Project Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of change management initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Track project progress, risks and deliverables, and provide management updates.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, processes and change management initiatives to facilitate organisational transformation and adoption of new ways of working.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

• Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders to advance business and organisational objectives.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement activities across stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate information gathering, stakeholder alignment and follow-up actions.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations and communication collateral for management and stakeholders.

3. Governance, Reporting & Insights

• Maintain governance, reporting and performance tracking frameworks.
• Consolidate and analyse data to generate insights and recommendations for management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management presentations.
• Support data management, record-keeping and reporting requirements.

4. Research, Policy & Business Support

• Conduct research, environmental scanning and benchmarking on topics relevant to the organisation.
• Monitor industry, regulatory and policy developments and assess potential implications.
• Prepare analysis, briefing papers and management summaries.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any studies
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred but candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply

Skills, Competencies and Preferred Characteristics

• Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesise information into clear and actionable management insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of emerging digital and AI technologies, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis and business outcomes.
• Understanding of change management principles and ability to support organisational transformation, stakeholder adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
