Join the team operating services on behalf of one of the UK's most iconic travel brands. As a Coach Driver on our National Express network, you'll play a key role in delivering a safe, reliable, and comfortable journey to passengers across the country. Whether you're driving long-distance or regional routes, you'll be the face of our service – professional, courteous, and committed to exceptional customer service.

We currently have open vacancies on:

  • Operates between Birmingham and London
  • Average 46.0 hours per week before overtime
  • Latest finish time – 09:15
  • Three rest days every week

  • 'Refer a friend' scheme – Introduce a 'friend' to our business and should they successfully pass their probation period, you will receive a Β£500 payment. Your friend will also receive a Β£500 payment!
  • National Express concessionary travel – Concessionary Travel is provided with National Express offering our drivers free travel during leisure time across the whole UK network.
  • Drive modern vehicles which are less than 2 years old on average.

You must meet the following essential criteria:

  • A full, UK PCV (Category D) Licence
  • At least 12 months bus/coach driving experience.
  • A valid Digital Tachograph card (not essential at application stage, but must have one prior to start on duty)
