Role Overview
Selwyn College is seeking an outstanding individual to lead its Tutorial Office as Office Manager and Senior Tutor’s Assistant. The role involves providing leadership to the Tutorial Office teams, ensuring effective and efficient support for the Tutors and other academics, collaborating with other College departments and the University central bodies and the coordination of a range of student-facing processes and activities. The postholder will also provide high level administrative support for the Senior Tutor in all areas of Selwyn’s academic and pastoral provision. The successful candidate will bring exceptional leadership and organisational skills, high level communication skills, empathy, and an ability to manage multiple priorities. They will also need planning skills, flexibility and a capacity to support students and colleagues alike.
