We are expanding our electrical division to meet the growing needs of our business.

We are seeking a Mobile Electrician to join our team in the Great Yarmouth area.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment across branches and customer sites in the south region, ensuring safety, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have practical electrical engineering skills and experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with participation in an on-call rota, which may vary based on business needs.

Applicants must hold an ECS Gold Card or relevant qualifications/experience in Electrical Installations to obtain one.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installation work in accordance with current I.E.E. Regulations and Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
• Maintain, install, service, and repair electrical/mechanical pump sets within the hire fleet and customer units, complying with legislative standards.
• Produce reports and estimates for repairs and advise on safety issues as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards for work areas and vehicles.
• Adhere to all Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Communicate effectively with managers, customers, and stakeholders regarding expectations, timelines, and service levels.
• Work independently to manage own workload and call-outs.
• Participate in a call-out rota, approximately 1 in 6 weeks.

Qualifications:

Essential: JIB Qualified Electrician and eligibility to obtain an ECS Gold Card. Preferred: 18th Edition.

Full UK Driving Licence required (company van provided).
