We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations administrator to be at the heart of our property services operation. You’ll play a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly – supporting operational teams, coordinating programmes, and ensuring customers receive a seamless, high‑quality service. About the role

As an Operations administrator, you’ll bring teams, systems, and processes together to keep services running smoothly. Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and records.
  • Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
