We're looking for a quality-driven, customer-focused Multi Skilled Plumber to join our dedicated Planned Team (Bathrooms). As a Multi Skilled Plumber within our Planned Team (Bathrooms), you'll deliver high-quality bathroom refurbishments across occupied and void homes, using your plumbing and multi-trade skills to deliver work to an exceptional standard. This is more than just plumbing - it's about taking pride in your work, treating every home with care, and making sure every customer feels the difference a quality job makes. Working independently and as part of a team, you'll carry out work to a high standard while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a varied, field-based role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values quality and enjoys making a difference in customers' homes every day. We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Multi Skilled Plumber who shares our values and takes real pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and positive outcomes for customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities and Values

  • Accountability – You take ownership of your work, managing your workload effectively, working safely and delivering quality repairs and refurbishments within agreed timescales.
  • Develop & Learn – You're committed to maintaining high trade standards, keeping up to date with industry best practice and continually improving the quality of your work.
  • Champion Communication – You communicate confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues and the wider team to ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Plumbing, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience delivering bathroom refurbishments and working across a range of trades including tiling, patch plastering, flooring, carpentry or decorating.
  • Experience working within occupied homes, social housing or domestic properties.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in the out of hours rota.
  • A commitment to Equality and Diversity.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.

Working Hours

You'll be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
