About The RoleWe\âre looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead pump and pipework installations at client sites. You\âll supervise a twoâperson team, work alongside an Installation Operative, ensure every project is delivered safely and to the highest quality, and manage RAMS and site safety.
Responsibilities
Promote and exercise the company\âs mission statement and core values across the UK network.
Supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.
Liaise with the Installation Manager, delivering upâtoâdate information on installation progress and potential issues.
Carry out onâsite RAMS processes, identifying risks and implementing control measures, communicating methodology to all site staff and customers.
Install pipework, supervise dayâtoâday workload of Installation Operatives and subcontractors on site.
Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles; fitness required for physically demanding tasks and safety compliance.
Commit to a callâout rota and overtime outside a normal 40âhour week, with increased overtime rates.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
Confident working at height, in confined spaces, and around sewage/wastewater.
Experience on client sites across construction, wastewater, and clean water.
Handsâon focus on timely, highâquality job completion.
Flexibility with working hours, including onâcall 1 in 4 rota and occasional awayâfromâhome work.
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision.
SSSTS â Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme.
Full UK driving licence (⤠6 points).
Preferred:
IOSH Managing Safety.
Forklift licence.
CSCS card holder.
National Water Hygiene Card.
This role is subject to a safetyâcritical medical.
