About The Role

We are looking for an experienced 360 Operator/ Yardperson to join the team in our Stoke Supercentre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate 360 material handlers, supercentre machinery, and associated equipment while following all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Carry out daily equipment checks, report defects or breakdowns, and maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Prepare, clean, load, unload, and store hire equipment and materials ready for transport and customer use.
  • Assist with assembling specialist equipment and preparing ancillaries and accessories for hire.
  • Check returned hire equipment for damage or missing items and ensure accurate paperwork and stock control.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to support project timelines and respond to operational requirements.
  • Develop product knowledge and remain flexible to support business and project needs when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • CPCS A59B (Wheeled 360 Excavator) or NPORS equivalent certification.
  • At least one year's experience within 360 GRAB operating.
  • Good understanding of health and safety.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexible with working hours and available to be part of our 'on call' rota.
  • Willing and able to travel and on occasions work away from home & hold a current Full UK driving license.

Preferred

  • Forklift truck operator certification.
  • Understanding of the workings of a temporary / permanent pumping solution.
