About the Role
This is a Fixed term role where every repair you schedule has a real impact - helping our customers stay safe, warm and secure in their homes. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll take charge of coordinating the day‑to‑day workload of our operatives, making sure appointments run smoothly, resources are used smartly, and our customers receive a service they can rely on. You’ll be right at the centre of the action, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to keep communication flowing and ensure our customers always know what’s happening and what to expect.
What you’ll do:
- Manage operative diaries and schedule repairs using DRS and other systems.
- Prioritise appointments based on urgency, location, and operative availability.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor inboxes and queues to respond quickly to emergencies and follow‑up needs.
- Support compliance and supervisor’s processes and help maintain legal and safety standards.

You’ll bring:
- A standard of education equal to GCSE’s including grade 4/C or above in English and Maths or equivalent experience.
- Experience of diary management.
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment and excellent phone manner.
- Experience of Microsoft office, specifically outlook, word and excel.
- Self‑motivation and commitment to Selwood’s values.
