Lead the digital and data transformation that will reshape Selwood Housing’s future. Selwood Housing is embarking on one of the most significant modernisation programmes in our history. As our new Group director of data & digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping what our organisation looks like in the years ahead - strengthening our resilience, transforming our digital landscape, and building a culture where insight and innovation power every decision.
About the role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi-year, organisation-wide digital and data transformation. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive and sitting on the Executive team, you will set the strategic vision for Selwood’s technology, data and digital services - ensuring they are secure, scalable, well-governed and centered around delivering excellent customer and colleague experiences.
You will lead four core areas: Across these teams, you’ll deliver:
- strong governance, cyber security and architectural standards
- joined-up technology that empowers colleagues and simplifies how we work.
You’ll work closely with the Executive team, Board and senior leaders to ensure our digital roadmap aligns with corporate strategy, regulatory expectations and customer outcomes. You’ll champion agile, user-centered design, drive continuous improvement, and embed a culture where digital innovation and insight are part of everyday working life.
